Even as a child, Mr. Baumert left the hurdles behind him every day at the sports school in Halle (Saale). Some things just never change. Even today, he maneuvers his team unerringly through challenging construction projects and has pretty much every number in his head. 

Back in 1996, he founded his first small assembly service for trade fairs. The projects quickly grew larger and the first road shows for BMW and many hundreds more trade fair stands followed. 

Mr. Baumert is a technical specialist (HWK) and has been certified as a construction manager (TÜV). He is looking forward to exciting new construction and conversion projects with you.

Schon als Kind ließ Herr Baumert an der Sportschule in Halle (Saale) täglich die Hürden hinter sich. Manche Dinge ändern sich eben nie. Noch heute manövriert er zielsicher sein Team durch anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte und hat so ziemlich jede Zahl im Kopf.

Herr Baumert ist technischer Fachwirt (HWK) und hat sich zum Bauleiter (TÜV) zertifizieren lassen. Er freut sich auf spannende Neubau- und Umbau- Projekte mit Ihnen.

Mrs. Baumert is in charge of trade fair management at Baumert and is responsible for human resources and administration. In a small medium-sized company, everyone is responsible for the big picture. 

Mrs. Baumert studied communication sciences (BA) in Erfurt, has a degree in business administration (IHK) and worked in middle management at an office chair manufacturer after her studies. 

Since 2015, Mrs. Baumert, together with the team, has put the company on the road to success and is strongly committed to the topics of digitalization and customer relations. Since 2018, Mrs. Baumert has been studying Sales Management/ CRM in the MBA program at the TU Chemnitz.

Mrs. Baumert is looking forward to planning and implementing forward-looking trade fair and event concepts together with you.

With the know-how from his civil engineering studies and years of experience as a sole trader in the construction industry, Mr. Überschär has enriched our team since 2018. Mr. Überschär loves tables, statistical evaluations and creates a measurement accurate to the square centimeter. You might think that with this expertise, he calculates and plans projects from his desk. Far from it! Mr. Überschär always monitors our construction sites on site, lends a hand himself and reports back to the customer. 

And if there is a feel-good manager for the team, then it is Mr. Überschär. Wherever he is, coffee and cake are not far away for the team. And you can see good humor in the building (results)!

Mit dem Know- How aus seinem Bauingenieursstudium und jahrelangen Erfahrungen als Einzelunternehmer im Baugewerbe bereichert Herr Überschär seit 2018 unser Team. Herr Überschär liebt Excel-Tabellen, statistische Auswertungen und erstellt Aufmaß auf den Quadratzentimeter genau. Man könnte denke, mit dieser Expertise kalkuliert und plant er die Projekte vom Schreibtisch aus. Weit gefehlt! Herr Überschär überwacht unsere Baustelle immer vor Ort, legt selbst mit Hand an und reportet zum Kunden. Und wenn es einen Feel-Good-Manager für das Team gibt, dann ist es Thomas. Wo Herr Überschär ist, ist Kaffee und Kuchen für das Team nicht weit. Und gute Laune sieht man am Bau(-ergebnis)!
